NZ Constitution 2.0

A new, clear, codified, foundational document for the nation.

Establishment Article:

Here is set forth the constitution of New Zealand; it shall apply across all New Zealand territories.

This Constitution enshrines in writing, the naturally endowed freedoms, rights, and responsibilities of all the people of New Zealand;

Gathered therefore, united as free people, of every creed and race before the face of God, knowing that if it were not for dissension, envy, hate, corruption, and tyranny, that law itself should be unnecessary; we the people hereby declare our independence, establish our republic, and adopt this Constitution, both in text, and in spirit; foremost as safeguard against those who would undermine liberty; natural justice; and truth.
